20th Anniversary ...
Today is my 20th wedding anniversary. Alhamdulillah, we have been together for the last 20 years - macam baru semalam aje kenal husband I ni. 8-)

Tak ada any special celebration for our anniversary, cuma cik abang minta masak lauk asam pedas ikan tenggiri dengan jeruk asin for lunch. Sempoi betul cik abang I ni. So, after I cooked his favourite `asam pedas' and had our lunch, we went to Jusco Melaka later in the evening with the kids. Bawa budak-budak tu jalan and bought few things for them as well (and a new pair of shoes for my husband @ Bata)

I am thankful that our marriage has lasted till now and hope that we will be more happier in the coming years, Insya Allah. 8-) 8-)

Asam Pedas Jeruk Asin

1 ekor ikan tenggiri - dipotong ikut suka
1 bawang besar
2 ulas bawang putih
1/2 inci kunyit hidup
1 sudu teh lada hitam
2 senduk lada kering kisar
secubit belacan
1/2 mangkuk air asam jawa + 1/2 mangkuk air
1 paket jeruk sawi asin
Garam secukup rasa
Cara:
Kisar halus bawang besar, bawang putih, lada hitam, kunyit hidup dan belacan.Panaskan minyak masak dan tumiskan bahan kisar bersama lada kering. Kacau bahan kisar hingga naik bau. Campurkan air asam jawa dan ikan tenggiri. Tambah air anggaran kuah asam pedas menutupi paras ikan. Biar mendidih dan campur jeruk asin dan garam. Reneh kan selama 5 minit. Angkat untuk di hidangkan.
